Meet The Staff

Rae

Rae is our fantastic office manager. She started working in dental administration in 2018 and hasn’t looked back since. She found a love for both the clinical side of helping others achieve their optimal smile goal, as well as the administrative side of work with our fantastic patients! She loves helping and interacting with patients, and doing whatever she can to ensure you have a great experience. Our patients and staff enjoy her bubbly, positive personality and a radiant smile! When Rae isn’t at the office you most likely can find her at home doing a home project! She values quality time with her husband, daughter, and two goldendoodles!

Danielle

Danielle is our financial and insurance coordinator. She is very passionate about getting to know and building relationships with our patients and educating them on the importance of oral hygiene. She helps our patients understand the financial and insurance aspects of their treatment and gives them information about their specific dental insurance. When Danielle isn’t at work, she is spending time with her beautiful daughter who is the highlight of her life. They enjoy kayaking and going to the park.

Arjeta

Born and raised in Shkoder, Albania, I’ve been surrounded by dentistry from a very young age, inspired by my father, who was a dentist. I began my career as a dental hygienist in 2008 after graduating from Cuyahoga Community College.

In March 2025, I joined Solon Dental Excellence, drawn by the exceptional leadership of Dr. Kalaf— one of the best dentists I’ve had the privilege to work with—and the welcoming, supportive and loving team that quickly felt like family.

I’m committed to providing patients with the highest quality of dental hygiene care using the latest advanced technology available at our practice!

I look forward to expanding my skills and build meaningful, lasting relationships with each patient.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my beautiful children daughter & son, and my awesome friends. Whether hiking, shopping, cooking, enjoying bonfires, relaxing by the pool, attending concerts, or traveling, I believe in making the most of life’s moments.

Haylie

Haylie has been at Solon Dental Excellence for several years now. Not only is she the doctor’s assistant but she also contributes her skills at the front desk. Haylie graduated from Polaris Career Center and completed their dental assisting program in 2021, and she is going to continue her education by enrolling in Case Western’s EFDA (Expanded Functions Dental Assistant) program. Beyond the office, she finds joy in spending time with her friends and family and being outdoors.

Alyssa

Alyssa is one of our Registered Dental Assistants. She graduated from Polaris Career Center. She is in the process of continuing her education by enrolling in Case Western’s EFDA (Expanded Functions Dental Assistant) program. Alyssa enjoys making people feel confident in their smiles! She loves working at Solon Dental Excellence because the staff members and Dr.Kalaf are amazing at what they do. It’s like having a second family! In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and going shopping!

Lexi

Lexi is one of our dental assistants. She is continuing her education at Tri-C to become a future dental hygienist. Outside of the dental office, you can find her reading, going out with friends, and spending time with family.
